My Bio

I am very committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for people to explore and navigate their journeys towards mental and emotional well-being. I embrace a positive-positive, fat empowerment approach. As a fat person myself, I recognize the importance in fostering a supportive environment that celebrates and uplifts diverse body sizes and shapes.

As a Queer, non-binary person, I understand the complexities that may arise as identities are explored. My approach is rooted in principles of radical acceptance and respect, with a focus on honoring each individual client’s experience.

I am currently obtaining my Masters in Counseling from Adams State University. In my spare time, I enjoy singing, reading, and board games.
