Hello, I’m Ruth! As the New Client Liaison and Administrative Coordinator, I guide individuals through intake, help answer any questions, and coordinate appointments so that your first contact with us feels as warm, clear, and supportive as possible.

My background has always centered on care, connection, and advocacy. Before joining the team, I supported youth in behavioral and social-emotional development, worked closely with refugee communities in culturally responsive and trauma-informed settings, and held administrative roles in nonprofit and educational organizations. These experiences taught me how to listen deeply, communicate across cultural and language barriers, and support people in moments that require gentleness and clarity.

I hold a B.A. in Sociology from George Fox University and have earned my M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in TESOL from the City University of Seattle. My academic and professional paths have strengthened my commitment to equity, dignity, and creating spaces where every person feels seen and valued.

I moved to Oregon from Nebraska in 2019 and love to take advantage of the scenic Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, I love making music, wandering the city to discover new spots, and spending time with my two pet bunnies. These small sources of joy help me stay grounded; I bring that same steadiness into the work I do here. I’m honored to be part of your first steps toward care.
