My Bio
After obtaining a B.A.A. in Communications from Central Michigan University, I moved to North Carolina and spent the next seven years in corporate retail. I could feel my time in that career and state come to a close when my values shifted as I learned more about the importance of trauma and energy work. Winter of 2022 I packed my truck and moved across the country to Portland, OR to pursue work with ITTC where I felt my professional experience and passion for holistic health come to a head. With the help of alternative therapies in my own deep healing journey, I knew I wanted to walk alongside others as they took on the work to better their mental, spiritual, physical and emotional health. As an intuitive, Holy Fire I/II Reiki practitioner and Trauma Coach, my foundation is to always cultivate a safe space to meet people where they are in order for them to feel into, listen and trust their own presence again, or even for the first time. I am thrilled to be a part of a team and community that can help guide, support and empower those blazing their unique healing paths.
When I’m not working behind the scenes for ITTC or with a client, I enjoy writing, exploring this new city and hiking mountains with my 90 lb. German Shepherd, Wylie.
