My Bio

Welcome :) I am a firm believer that every person has an innate capacity for healing, and my goal is to provide a supportive space where your experiences and goals tailor and guide our work together. I approach therapy collaboratively, and view symptoms—emotional, mental, or physical—as messages that offer insight and opportunities for reflection, rather than issues to be fixed.

I am currently a graduate student at Pacifica Graduate Institute, pursuing my master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Depth Psychology. My approach integrates Jungian and archetypal perspectives with trauma-informed and relational work. I enjoy exploring the symbolic and unconscious layers of experience—through dreams, images, parts work, and somatic awareness—while also staying present with and attending to the real-life challenges of being human.

I bring my background as a yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner to support a holistic approach, honoring the mind-body connection and clients’ inherent resilience. My style is authentic, warm, and collaborative—my goal is to meet you exactly where you are and honor the full dimension of your human experience.

Outside of sessions, I am obsessed with my cats (Sun and Leo), study archetypal astrology, love listening to music, read when I can, and enjoy strength training.
