My Bio

Hello and Welcome
Wherever you are on your journey, I invite you to pause and acknowledge the step you’re taking by exploring support for your psychological well-being. Investing in yourself in this way is a meaningful act of care—and one that deserves recognition.

My therapeutic approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in authenticity, empathy, and non-judgmental curiosity. I believe that effective therapy moves beyond symptom management and into deeper exploration—honoring the fullness of your personhood. Together, we will engage in a process of mutual discovery and meaning-making, gently untangling long-held patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I recently graduated from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California, where I studied depth psychology—a tradition that deeply informs my work. I bring a trauma-informed lens to my specialization in relational dynamics and attachment wounding, and often incorporate dreams, parts work, and active imagination to support somatic processing and tap into your innate capacity for healing. I also hold awareness of the broader socio-cultural factors that shape our suffering, and I am committed to helping clients remain open and engaged through times of uncertainty or pain.

My style is direct, compassionate, and engaged. Outside the therapy room, I find inspiration in poetry, music, dance, art, and time spent in nature.
