My Bio

In my practice, I hold a profound belief that each of us carries unique life experiences that shape our journey and impact our sense of purpose. Over time, these experiences can accumulate like baggage, potentially hindering our growth and fulfillment. My mission is to provide a nurturing and secure environment where you can freely explore your life narrative, allowing for profound personal growth.

In my exploration of counseling theories and modalities, I’ve come to understand that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Thus, I’ve adopted a foundation in Psychodynamic therapy while integrating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based approaches. Central to my work is delving into the significant figures in your life and examining their influence on your daily functioning. From this psychodynamic perspective, I address faulty thinking patterns and offer unwavering support and encouragement to facilitate your journey towards growth. While various therapeutic approaches exist, I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of progress and transformation.

My academic journey has led me to Portland State University, where I’ve honed my skills and knowledge in counseling. Outside of my professional endeavors, I cherish moments spent with my family and friends along with my beloved dog, Lola. You can also find me immersed in the vibrant energy of live concerts whenever I have the opportunity.
