What We Do
Our Services
We offer the following to individuals, families, couples, adolescents, and children.
Therapy
Our goal is to provide a warm, comfortable setting with therapists who view themselves as partners in your journey.
Reiki
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing and health.
Massage Therapy
Massage in adjunct with therapy (preferably immediately before or after a therapy or medication management session) provides an opportunity to compliment goals of the psychotherapy.
Medication Management
Stigma associated with medication as well as a sense of “failure” for being unable to fix whatever ails us on our own often act as barriers to exploring this option.
Professional Trainings
ITTC offers a variety of trainings that are available upon request for organizations in addition to scheduled trainings.

We Provide Support For
Vicarious Trauma
Mental health and medical professionals are witness to pain that can at times come at a cost. ITTC acknowledges that healers can do their best work if they too, have proper support.
Interpersonal Trauma
ITTC utilizes the manifestation of individual trauma symptoms as a lens into the brightest parts of the person.
Developmental Trauma
Attachments in early childhood can significantly influence our ability to manage emotion, to comfort ourselves and to connect with others in a secure way.
Single Incident Trauma
One event can have a profound effect on a survivor’s ability to sleep, to relate to others, and to function in a way that they had prior to that event.
Dissociative Disorders
Extreme, chronic, ritualized abuse prompts our bodies to provide us with a way out. Dissociation and depersonalization are an extreme response to an extreme situation.
First Responders
ITTC offers treatment from therapists who have worked closely with police officers, search and rescue, veterans or who have served in such a capacity themselves.
Motor vehicle Accident
Along with physical pain there may also be emotional or psychological trauma that develops. This kind of trauma can be a hindrance in one’s ability to feel safe, and to maintain independence around driving.
