Welcome to ITTC’s First Coaching Group
Welcome to ITTC’s Coaching Groups, where healing becomes a collective journey. The road to trauma recovery can be both an isolating and daunting one. ITTC Coaches have created a supportive and empathetic space intended to work in conjunction with or as a precursor to therapy that helps participants reflect on their strengths, gain the tools, knowledge, and skills to embark on a path towards recovery.
By fostering a sense of community and shared understanding, our coaching groups empower individuals to navigate their healing journey with the strength and resilience found in collective support. In this collaborative environment, participants discover that they are not alone on their path to healing, creating a powerful foundation for growth and transformation.

What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Trauma often leaves survivors feeling stuck. While there can be an overlap between therapy and coaching, our Coaches focus on helping clients gain the tools, education, and insight that can be useful in moving forward.
Therapy allows for a client to process their story. Our Coaches do not engage in the trauma story, but work to help clients better manager their symptoms.
